As an apprentice tile setter, you’ll be directly working with a tile setter to develop your skills and learn the trade.

Skilled Tile Setter
Job: Skilled Tile Setter

Hours: Full-Time
Compensation: Will Depend on Experience
Description: Cox Tile is looking for a professional and experienced tile setter who has a truck and is willing to use it every day.
If you’re self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, punctual, and an honest team player, then you may be the right candidate for this job. We do meticulous work, and attention to detail is critical. You must be able to mud walls (sand and cement) and float mud floors (sand and cement).
You’ll get to work with a well-established company that pays on time and always has many projects lined up.

Job: General Help Position

Description: Cox Tile is looking for someone who is interested in learning the tile field and progress their career in the tile world. An individual who is willing to learn the trade and be immersed in the construction world. No experience needed, as we love to teach and are willing to give you the knowledge to be successful.
This position is a great stepping stone into the residential tile installation process with wonderful insight on the requirements to be a tile setter.
You must be reliable, detail oriented, and able to carry up to 95 pounds at a time. With a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, you can make this a career and find your home at Cox Tile. You will be assisting skilled tile installers with material preparation, layout setup, and clean-up. Learn the basics of high-end tile installation while working alongside experts and support various tasks on-site, including grout mixing, surface prep, and equipment maintenance.
